7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with the AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Greenville, South Carolina or another mutually agreed-upon location. The arbitrator shall have the exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any claim that all or any part of these Terms is void or voidable. The arbitrator shall have the power to award any form of relief that would be available in court, including injunctive relief. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website.
